Create a Onesie allows the return of standard, non personalized or customized merchandise. Merchandise that has been made specifically for your order, imprint, embroidery, sizing, or other special factors, will be replaced free of charge (including shipping) if our product, in any way, is defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered. We cannot absorb the cost of refunding money for an order that has been made especially for a customer, using their text, image, logo, or pictures since they cannot be resold. Obviously, mistakes do occur in our world, and on occasion a customer may receive an order that is not exactly as ordered. In such a case, we will replace the order without charge within a 30 day period from receiving the return of the product (exact time will be dependent on run schedules) Also, Create a Onesie, or its affiliate businesses is not responsible for the shipment time of the USPS. (Please see our shipment policy) Orders are replaced, or standard catalogue orders are refunded, only after a return of the product in restockable, resaleable condition.
